Mr. Hackett joined Alta Mesa in early 2018 and currently serves as its Executive Chairman of the Board. Mr. Hackett has been a partner at Riverstone since 2013 and previously served as the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Before joining Anadarko, Mr. Hackett served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Devon Energy Corporation, following its merger with Ocean Energy, where he had served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hackett has held senior positions at Seagull, Duke Energy, and Pan Energy. He also held positions in engineering, finance and marketing in the midstream, oil field services, and power sectors of the energy industry. Mr. Hackett serves on the Board of Directors of Enterprise Products Holdings, LLC, Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR), National Oilwell Varco, Inc. (NYSE: NOV), Sierra Oil and Gas and Talen Energy Corporation and Crimson Resources. Mr. Hackett is a former Chairman of the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Mr. Hackett received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois, a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and later a Master of Theological Studies degree from Harvard Divinity School.
Mr. Castiglione, joined Alta Mesa in early 2019 as Chief of Staff to the President and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in September 2019. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Meridian Energy LLC. Starting in 2015, Mr. Castiglione acted as Senior Advisor to SandRidge Energy, Inc. Prior to that point, he was employed as Senior Vice President – Business Development of Quantum Resources Management, LLC and QR Energy, LP. Before joining Quantum Resources, Mr. Castiglione served as both Vice President – Acquisitions and Divestitures and Vice President – Business Development of El Paso Corporation starting in 2008. Mr. Castiglione’s prior background at Encana Corporation, Burlington Resources and Simmons & Company International includes positions of increasing responsibility in corporate development, corporate finance, asset management and engineering. He began his career in 1994 as a reservoir engineer at Burlington Resources. Mr. Castiglione received a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
Mr. Campbell joined Alta Mesa in early 2019 as its Interim Chief Operating Officer and was named President and Chief Operating Officer in September 2019. He previously served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Meridian Energy, LLC. Mr. Campbell served as a partner of Quantum Energy Partners, LLC and previously served as President of QL-Energy, LLC. Starting in 2010 Mr. Campbell served as President and Chief Operating Officer of QR-Energy, LP and was President and Chief Operating Officer of Quantum Resources Management, LLC from 2008 to 2015. Mr. Campbell received a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa and a Master of Engineering degree in petroleum engineering degree from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Regan joined Alta Mesa in early 2019 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Regan served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vine Oil and Gas LP. starting in 2015. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Quicksilver Resources having also served as their Chief Accounting Officer in 2007. Mr. Regan is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of combined public accounting, corporate finance and financial reporting experience. Mr. Regan also worked for Flowserve Corporation where he held various management positions of increasing responsibility starting in 2002. Mr. Regan began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where his roles included being a senior manager specializing in the energy segment of their audit practice starting in 1994.
Ms. Warnica joined Alta Mesa as Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary in 2018. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Warnica served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Marathon Oil Corporation. She previously served as Group Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Marathon Oil. Prior to Marathon Oil, Ms. Warnica served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Freeport-McMoRan Oil & Gas. She started her career at Andrews Kurth LLP where she practiced corporate and securities law representing a variety of clients in numerous transactional, securities and corporate governance matters. Ms. Warnica has a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M and earned her J.D. from the University Texas School of Law.
Mr. Limbacher joined Alta Mesa in early 2019 as its President and was named Executive Vice President of Strategy in September 2019. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Meridian Energy LLC (a Houston based energy advisory firm). Prior to joining the Company, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Samson Resources Corporation, starting in 2013. Mr. Limbacher served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Samson in 2016 and 2017. In 2007, Mr. Limbacher was employed as President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Rosetta Resources, Inc., a Houston-based oil and natural gas company. From February 2010 until February 2013, Mr. Limbacher also served as Chairman of the Board of Rosetta. In 2006, Mr. Limbacher took the position of President, Exploration and Production — Americas for ConocoPhillips. Prior to that time, Mr. Limbacher spent over twenty years with Burlington Resources Inc., where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2002 until it was acquired by ConocoPhillips in 2006. He previously was a Director of Burlington Resources and currently serves on the board of directors of CARBO Ceramics Inc. (NYSE: CRR) and TransCanada Corporation (NYSE: TRP). Mr. Limbacher received a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering from Louisiana State University in 1980.
